Hydroginated oil will build up plaque in the arteries and can cause heart disease to develop at a faster rate than normal,
hydrogenated oils are artificially processed oils added to foods to preserve shelf life and prevent the foods from deteriorating so
they can last for months at a time, it is not enough to stop eating fried foods, hydrogenated oils are found in almost everything on
supermarket shelves therefore it is important to read food labels, always look to see if the word hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated
