I hesitate to recommend anything I have not tried myself and always warn people what ever therapy they choose for
themselves to see their doctor first, Tai Chi has been practised for around 3,000 years as being good for the whole body,
it is important to choose the right teacher and search till you find the right one, and always remember not to do any movements
you feel uncomfortable with, neither will a good teacher expect you to. Tai Chi is slow and gentle in movement, although as a
martial art there are other styles more vigorous, the style I found most suitable is Qi Gong and a good experienced teacher
will know which of 200 are best, I found this had a beneficial effect on me, it increases the flow of energy through the body.
It is very calming, eases stress, and had an over all healing effect, in China it is accepted in hospitals to hasten
recovery and is suitable for all ages, further useful information on these websites.
