body, and spirit together in a balanced way, relieving stress and improving physical health, a balanced equilibrium and calm awareness
of spirit, anyone can choose the style of Yoga that is best for them, as a beginner it is best to search around until you
find the best style and teacher for you, in my opinion the teacher is as important as the exercises. Although video teaching
is useful, and helpful, being able to relate personally with a good teacher is best, you can practise Yoga anywhere at any time of
