Disappointment is a let down
a sinking feeling there's no doubt,
but when realising it isn't lasting
then there is naught to worry about,
Although it seems disturbing why
dwell upon the thought,
by allowing hurt to penetrate
nothing good is wrought,
Tomorrow is another day there is
no reason to wait till then, so
forget the disappointment,
there is only the present moment,
move on and now is when.
